These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Virtual Task Flow website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Virtual Task Flow provides virtual assistant services as described on our website. Specific details of services, including scope, deadlines, and fees, will be confirmed in individual agreements or contracts.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and branding) is owned by Virtual Task Flow unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

3. Payment Terms

Time Tracking: Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
Retainer Packages: Hours purchased in a package do not roll over to the following month. Any additional hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Billing: Retainer packages are billed in arrears on the last day of each calendar month.
Project Work: One-off projects require 50% upfront before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Virtual Task Flow reserves the right not to start work until the initial payment has been received.
Payment Method: Payments are accepted by bank transfer only.
Payment Due Date: All invoices must be settled within 7 days of issue (14 days may be agreed in advance for certain clients).
Late Payments: Work may be paused if payment is not received by the due date. Late payments may incur statutory interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

4. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Any data or materials shared with Virtual Task Flow will be treated as private and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, Virtual Task Flow will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses caused by third-party tools, platforms, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the terms of the service agreement. All outstanding invoices must be settled before termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
